“What a great property and amazing host. Our check in details were provided well before our check in time which makes everything work smoothly. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals and also a grill outside with a side burner. We ate in the whole trip. “The house was perfect for us. We liked having a grill outside. The hot tub was used in the evenings (when it wasn’t raining!) and the dining room table was great for games and our big puzzle. “Beautiful property, cleanliness and the warmth of this home is above the standard. My family "7" kids from 4-15 and my wife loved the stay! And when we come back to West Virginia this will be our go too. Communication is above par. We had rain Thursday evening and friday but the back porch was absolutely perfect for the rain we all sat out and just connected and unwound. Would recommend to anyone... And we already recommended to other family that live out of state. ”

“Location for the home was a blessing and a chore. On the one hand there was wildlife (an elusive black bear!) and amazing trails. On the other it took 20 minutes on narrow, partially paved back roads to get there from the main road (19 into Fayetteville). From there you could get anywhere easily. House is very nice and spacious with a beautiful common area. Cleaners might want to inspect dishes better. It seems trusting to me to count on outgoing guests to clean dishes for the next group.
