“This was my first time staying in Philadelphia, so I was a little apprehensive about what to expect. Everything was perfect, the host took care of everything and was really nice. She also made sure we had parking in front of the property. The photos do not show just how nice this place actually is, and It is so cozy and homey. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The best thing about this location is the private garage parking. Large enough for 2 cars. The living area is basically 2 suites with 2 bedrooms/2 baths on each floor. There is access to the rooftop with beautiful views.”

“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak……

“I stayed at this townhome for 5 nights in June, 2025. The place is 100 years old at least but the interior has been remodeled and is modern in all areas with central heat, AC, a very modern kitchen, combo washer/dryer and all sorts of amenities. I rarely used the kitchen but it has just about everything you could want. There are four levels which means there are a lot of stairs. The stairs are safe but you need to use caution when going up or down as headroom within the stair well can be a……
