“We had a great time staying in the city at this apartment! We loved being so close to the historical section of town and we even took in a Flyers game 10minutes away!We are not used to big city life, so the noise and the parking chaos was new to us, but it was all part of the adventure! Budget for the parking garage across the street- it was well worth it and makes life easier! One thing I will say for your planning purposes: the rental is two separate apartments as mentioned,but note that there……

“The stay was great! We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and it couldn't have been easier. It was clean and spacious. The owner is also great about communicating if there are any issues. The only difficult thing was finding parking (street parking) but considering the location that is normal. Thank you so much for making our stay in Philly comfortable! ”

“We stayed here for just one night after going to the aquarium nearby as a group. The neighborhood is, as said by other reviewers, not the most developed and there are several dilapidated buildings if you walk a couple blocks out, but the sidewalks are clean, the roads are well-paved (mostly; there are some brick streets nearby which could use some work), the door has an electronic lock which needs a code to get inside, and the neighbors are quiet and seem friendly enough. “Rented the house with a group of graduate students from North Carolina attending the AOTA conference. Was able to comfortably sleep everyone with enough room for luggage. With multiple bathrooms, everyone was able to get up and out on time. The rooftop patio was an awesome bonus to an already great home. Would definitely recommend staying here in the future. ”

“Brooks place was charming comfortable and fun! We had everything a family would need while traveling and then some. Our location was perfect for walking absolutely everywhere. The restaurants and bars in this neighborhood are all awesome and delicious. And Brook went above and beyond when our flight was delayed and he let us stay cozy and warm later than planned. It was a perfect trip!!!”
