“Yes you need a 4wd to access this property.We had a pit of town family member who was not able to make it up the hill, he has a suv, the neighbor came outside and said that he was tearing up his driveway.. even though it’s not his driveway… overall this is a nice place, it’s dated, the furniture, appliances and beds. The jaccuzi tub did not work which was sad because that is one of the main reason we booked this place. We tried to reach out to the PM, but they were not able to locate anyone to……

“We had a wedding almost right around the corner from this place. We knew it was going to be a late night and didn’t want to drive back to the valley so we decided to book here and we were so glad we did. When one member of our party wanted to leave we were able to take them to the VRBO and get right back to the celebration. The place is clean, nicely furnished and a great location if you are staying in Black Canyon City. We were very happy with our stay and extremely happy with the location ”

“This property was a nice getaway but the listing says it sleeps 14 and one of the “beds” is a stained cot that is incredibly uncomfortable. We ended up purchasing air mattresses for some people because of the cot situation and one of the beds was hard as a rock. It felt like you were sleeping on the floor. The house is great and is tucked away in the trees. The driveway is incredibly steep to get up. If you have more than 4/5 cars that need to be parked it is very tough to maneuver. The house……

The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots and pans and dishes we could have needed, we especially appreciated having a dishwasher! My four-year-old says he can't wait to come back and I'm inclined to agree!”
