“This lovely small home was perfect for attending our son’s graduation from CWRU. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and lots of high end pillows. Towels were soft and fresh smelling. The sitting and dining areas had comfortable furniture in good shape. The kitchen was a little dated but had everything we needed to make breakfast ( that’s all we cooked). The street was very quiet for sleeping”

“It's charming, with original wood and style. The neighborhood is lovely. I had everything I need in this apartment. I appreciate the nice hot water, large windows and large closet for my suitcase. I would stay here again!”

“This was a great place for our big family to stay. One family stay one side and the other family stayed on other side. It worked out great. Love the location near where are family from Cleveland Hts lived. Needed more towel racks for wet towels after the shower. One dishwasher didn’t work . All in all it was a great place for everyone to be together.”

“This apartment was very comfortable for our 3-person family. It isn’t one of those sparse, minimalist rentals: it’s well stocked in every room, with lots of thoughtful details. Great water pressure in the shower. Easy to get in and out with a door code and off-street parking. Host was responsive and professional. It’s on the ground floor but we felt very safe and it’s a quiet, residential neighborhood, easy walk to the restaurants and shops.”

“This is a nice clean place. If you are considering it, be sure to read the reviews. It is 3 levels, no bathroom on the first level, which did not matter to use, but it may if you have mobility challenges. First impression on driving up was kind of negative as the exterior could use a little attention. In looking at the photos, you may think this is a newer build, but it is an old duplex. Again, perfectly fine and well done, but the photos on-line give you a little different impression. One note……

“There was no access to a lock box to get the key. Property owners phone goes straight to voicemail. Tenants in the building informed me the apartment was currently locked by the police because they renter was being evicted. Complete scam! Stay away!”
