“Great communication, loved the house. We were hoping that the house would be more secluded and have more privacy (some windows did not have curtains or blinds). Overall we loved staying at the cottage. ”

“We just needed it for a one night stay. Wish the drive there was smoother but knew what we were getting into. Only recommendation would be updating accommodations from sleeps 4 to sleeps 3 as there’s only one queen bed and a twin bed. Host was great about communicating and allowing us to check in a little early ”

“Enjoyed our stay. Decorated beautifully and is very clean with all the amenities. Only downside is that its on a loud busy road. ”

“This cottage was a great place for us to rest and visit after a crazy Baylor game. The rooms were spotless, and the space was cozy and quiet.”

“The interior and amenities were perfectly satisfactory, BUT we were disapointed that the yard was not maintained, the firepit that was advertised didnt exist, and the whole street and neighboring property was under major construction. The latter part is no fault of the owners, it was just a bit misleading, thinking we had a cute cozy backyard for the kids to play in, but instead had to share it with work vans and bulldozers. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay, and I can imagine this place……

“This property was outstanding. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO and Air B&B places and this is probably the best I've experienced. The decor is fantastic. Cute without being overdone. Furniture is attractive and comfortable. Linens excellent. Cooking items in excellent condition. Covered parking. But most importantly this is the cleanest house I've ever seen! No bugs in a country house? I don't know how they do it! I felt "at home" from the moment I walked in. Don't miss this property……

“Perfect amount of space for our family. The backyard was a major bonus for my kids ”

“I traveled to Waco with two friends that had not been to Magnolia Market. Check in Friday was easy. The house looks just like the pictures, very comfortable for the three of us. Our host texted me several times while we were there to check on us. The location of the house made it easy to go to the Market and restaurants and bars that had been recommended to us. I would definitely book this property again.”

“This is a clean, well decorated and spacious property! We stayed 3 nights and were very comfortable. The back area has a park like setting and the neighbor has a very adorable little dog. It is only 5 minutes from downtown which was our main destination. Very nice place!”
