Being able to access the public boat dock to put a jet-ski in the water was very convenient also. Even the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The fenced yard for our pets was awesome too. “We chose this property due to the close proximity to everything. A quick 5 minute drive to Baylor University. It is a quaint property. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings. We were close to the Brazos River and the walking trails. We will definitely be staying here again. ”
