“The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”

“The place was very spacious (comfortable beds!), nicely finished, in an architecturely beautiful house (neighborhood) with a unique view of the Seattle skyline that never disappointed every time we returned!! The location was absolutely perfect and very very convenient to get to everything we needed, from the University of Washington to any of the downtown Seattle locations and ferries, and even my unexpected favorite quick stop at Gas Works Park at the bottom of the hill . “Unit was very large with beautifully equipped kitchen. Bonus was it even had a dishwasher! Yard was partially fenced which was an added benefit if traveling with a pet.
