“Clean room and comfortable bed.Nicely remodeled historic building with several hotel type rooms. There is a separate house you can book but it was already reserved when we made our reservations. The owners are friendly and helpful. Has a big fishing dock and the owner gave us plenty of tips on how to fish it. There is a good restaurant a very short walk away but still just minutes from everything in Warsaw. This place is going on our list for a return trip. ”

“Overall the experience was great, there was a pretty loud big dog that would bark next door when we would come and go especially at night that wasn’t ideal, but not the owners fault. The dog did eventually quiet down. The area was on a decently quiet cul de sac so not like there is a bunch of through traffic there which makes it quieter. “We had a great time during our stay and made some everlasting memories! The house and property are great. There is plenty of space and seating everywhere in and out. The covered deck provides a very large space to do many things, eat rest, relax and the views of the lake water and trees are the best. The hosts went above and beyond. “My mom, my son, her dog, our dog (both small), and I stayed for three nights while visiting family in the area. The property was great for us! The house is well kept, cute, and welcoming with everything you could need provided. The only negatives for me are that the mattresses were very firm and the train going through just down the street with the whistle blowing at night and early morning. Overall, it was great. I would stay here again. ”

“The owner has made this an inviting place to stay with the manner it was decorated and stocked. We enjoyed having coffee on the front porch and the side patio due to the warmer temperatures during our stay. Very close to Fort Cavazos, HEB grocery and the airport. ”
