“This was a great place to stay, the only negative was room faced parking lot and it was very noisy with people slamming car doors all night, otherwise excellent.”

“In a very busy / crowded area but we found the hotel to be quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly. ”

“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“Property was in a scenic location, quiet area easily accessible to the airport. I expected a first class facility- golf and resort and premium price paid but was disappointed. Unfortunately the hotel was a little run down, told breakfast opened at 6.30 but didn’t open until 7.00am. Just not what I expected ”

“reception service is very slow. I need to call more than 5 times and just have someone to pick up the phone. No hair dryer in room and someone came to see after 20min after calling. And then still cannot provide hair dryer. WIFI is often disconnected. ”

“Nice hotel with all friendly and helpful staff. The rooms need more outlets. Our room did not have many and they were not in convenient locations. The showers had great water pressure, but the way they were designed left water all over the bathroom floor. Just a note for people who have limited mobility: the beds were so close to the wall that you had to climb across them from the other side of the bed. ”
