“The "apartment" is really the top two floors of a split-level home. Very large, clean rooms. The updated kitchen has more than I needed to prepare meals before heading out on the wine trail which is right outside your door. The house is surrounded by vineyards and is very peaceful. Xinni was very responsive to our requests. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.”

“Very nice place. Central to lots in Erie... 10 minutes everywhere. Right next to Sarah Reed retirement home which was a great convenience to our one friend visiting her mom and close to whippy dip ice cream. For being upstairs to other renters it was a very sound proof and quiet place. Shower is fantastic and good beds, sheets and towels. Suggest some hooks or bars for hanging towels or bathroom bags. It was extremely hot during our visit but the ac in the bedrooms and living room……

“We had to come to Erie for a family gathering and wanted to avoid getting a hotel. This apartment just happened to be perfect for us! The bedrooms are spacious and the apartment was very warm and cozy. The bed was firm, but that is definitely what we were looking for! There was only two of us, but definitely room for 6! The owner checked on us and notified us about checking in and out. He was very accommodating to us, allowing us to check in earlier since we had gotten into town earlier. I would……

“The view of the sunset over the lake can’t be beat. Remember it’s dog friendly, so keep that in mind if you’re allergic! Also note this is the top floor of a larger unit, and the lawn with fire pit by the water is not as big as the booking photo made it seem. There are multiple properties close by. We didn’t use the fire pit due to rain, geese, and mosquitos. Despite that, the fire pit and porch views are unbeatable. The hot tub was nice and big enough for two. The bedrooms are just big enough……
