“The house and location are good. Beware of the false advertising. You get no access to the garage. There is a second Casita in your driveway that could be rented by other people while you’re there. The pool is freezing cold, and they only tell you once you check in that it’s $150 per day to heat it. The only way to get the hot tub turned on and off is to call the property manager and have them do it remotely. It took about three hours to get it up to temp on the first car. The house itself is……

“The house was beautiful. Unfortunately it was located in an area of many dogs that barked from 5am to 9pm. We had issues with the property charging us extra to heat the pool. They never did heat it over the standard heat and charged us for it regardless. I tried to get a refund but nothing. We also experienced a clogged shower and a broken ice maker. Reached out about all the issues to the property managers but nothing was done. Spend the extra money and book a hotel. Fyi followed up……

“The property was nice with comfortable beds and spacious living room . The TV has everything and easy to navigate on the remote control. Had every app pretty much which was great to watch tennis . The heater in. The house seemed to work best on one side of the house and less in the bedrooms . The heat in water in both bathrooms took a little bit to warm up . The master shower has dual heads but only one side had hot water. We never used the pool because they wanted to charge us a ridiculous……

“If I could give this property 10 stars, I would!!! Everything about this Casita is well thought out and just downright spectacular. Rick is an amazing host who will take care of you before and during your stay. The ambiance of the home, inside and out, does not disappoint. We felt completely at home and didn't want to leave. Spent most of our time in the backyard oasis, enjoying the views of serene palm trees and pond area. When wr go back to Palm Springs, this is the only place we want to stay!……
