“I am impressed back the check in and out process, I just picked up the gate pass the check in box and dropped it off when I checked out….probably the best I have ever had. Filled out rental agreement online before I got there and that was it….Awesome!!!!”

“We had an excellent time. The condo was comfortable we had an amazing view, the water was hot and pressure was amazing, the floors could have used a good cleaning and I would strong suggest leaving the guests a broom considering we are right there on the beach and sand gets tracked in (i like to clean up after myself) Other than that everything else was absolutely PERFECT. If i were to ever return to Tybee. Lighthouse point would be the only place id consider staying.”

“Very comprehensive in terms of what is provided, everything we needed was available. While it was not modern, could use some updating, everything was usable and clean. Felt like a home. Enjoyed morning walks through the neighborhood.”

“This was a perfect place for our vacation! The facilities around the condo and inside the condo itself were very clean. It also felt like a safe location with lots of kind people around. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins from our balcony SEVERAL times. The private pool and beach were lovely. The rest of the island was amazing as well! Highly recommend!”

“The place was right in the beach. It was clean and everything worked…coffee maker, dishwasher, washer. The beds were comfortable and the shower was perfect. The location is perfect for all things Tybee. Only complaint is that access onto the beach is not easy…big, steep drop, no stairs. Totally recommend this place.”

“Garden apt. was super clean & just as advertised. Very cozy in a beautiful neighborhood. This was our first trip to Savannah and it was in the perfect location, lots of things to do within walking & short driving distance. Hosts also made helpful recommendations of things to do. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!!”

“House is nice in a great location, walk to the beach, town and many restaurants. Pool was great, living space was large. We had one issue the dishwasher would not start but the owner had it replaced the very next day, what great service”
