“This was a perfect location. Minutes from Savannah and minutes from Tybee Island. If you are wanting to get away from the sounds of the city and have room to spread out and not be cramped in a small hotel room this is perfect. We were here for our daughter's graduation from SCAD. This was a great place for all of us to prepare meals, iron clothes, play games and visit. We were able to get to town in a few minutes to attend pre and post graduation activities. Also was nice to go to the beach……

“We alway enjoy going down for the blessing of the fleet, And I always try to book this house or the one bedroom behind the main house, It is easy access to all the entertainment and only 20 minutes from st Simon island where we always visit to eat and walk the town!!!”

“The house was exceptional! It was very clean, spacious, and accommodating. The pool amenities were outstanding. With a short drive to Savannah this house is the perfect location with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Indoor games, outdoor games, gaming systems, and loads of pool toys! Host was very responsive and attentive. We would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Perfect for my family to relax during a golf tournament. The host, David, reacted quickly to a small issue on arrival. The issue was resolved quickly and we had no other issues during our short stay. The home was clean and well equipped. The location is off a main road so there is some road noise but we were so tired after full days it did not bother us.”

“I stayed at the Marsh Retreat over the Christmas break with my husband, dog, mom, dad, sister, husband and kids for five nights.Highlights: home is very spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Location was great to enjoy Wilmington Island amenities (yoga, supermarket, nature preserve) and a quick drive to downtown Savannah and Tybee island.The house was super clean, welcoming and well equipped with the essentials. “The house was perfect for us. It was clean and updated and all on one floor. There was easy access to the beach and the drive to Savannah was not bad at all. We enjoyed Tybee Island and Savannah. ”

“This was a cozy cottage to stay a long weekend in Tybee. It was a great location. It could have maybe used more cleaning (we have a 10 month old and he was covered in dirt and dust from crawling around the house). The bathroom looked updated and the beds were pretty cozy. We did a load of laundry before leaving so that was helpful. We couldn't figure out the old-fashioned lock at first! ”
