“Great place, made such a change from regular hotels with personal touches. Room was a great size & included a sofa & small table/chairs. The small tea/coffee station with some breakfast options included in the room was the bit the bowled me over… a treat at 6am, cereal & fruit, new milk & yogurt, plus proper coffee bags, even a tray to carry it to the table. I did eat downstairs within the restaurant on the 1st night which was fab… calzone pizza special & cookie dough special were both tasty &……

“It was my first time in Middlesbrough and I know I chose a lovely hotel to stay in for me and my son, my son who is 15 years old went out every day meeting up with his friends he knows from online games. Excellent hotel & Staff will most definitely recommend and come back and stay again.”

“Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitenden. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Leider hatten wir nicht die Zeit, um mehr vom gastronomischen Angebot zu probieren. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.”

“Plenty of parking. Extremely easy check-in. Very clean and comfortable. Short walk from the village with places to eat and drink. Quite at night and would stop again. ”

“The Spa Hotel sits just above the gorgeous coastline with an easy path down to the seaside. It is a slightly steep hill up to the town center, but that's easily walkable. The restaurant was excellent and everyone so kind and friendly. I saw the most spectacular sunrise and sunset at the property. You can't help but fall in love with the Hotel and it's natural beauty in the seaside surroundings.”

“Looked after extremely well. Not certain about the lack of amenities in the double room for disabled people. Nowhere to hang bathroom robes or wash bags and for a non-disabled person the wash basin was extremely low, small and difficult as an older person to use. ”

“Interesting first stay at Grand Hotel Hartlepool i am sure once it was a very plush hotel but starting to look a bit tired these days most annoying was noisy plumbing which did wake me up sometimes but staff were all very friendly and moved me after problems with my tv and Internet ”
