“Loved the spa facilities!!!! Breakfast was outstanding with homemade pasties and yogurt each morning. Staff went above and beyond for us. Do not like the blow dryer connected inside the drawer and would like a mirror for getting ready in the main bed area so the other person can be in the bathroom while I’m also getting ready. ”

“原本打算去爬山, 但雪山要5月30號才開, 結果只在湖邊住了一晚, 但這個湖實在太漂亮, 早上圍住湖跑了一個圈, 大約需要20分鐘 住這個酒店, 就是要享受大自然 酒店的餐廳, 晚餐服務非常好, 我們有自己的紅酒, 問可否飲自己的紅酒, 不用開瓶費, 他們說可以, 晚餐食物很好食”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly with our toddler. The evening food was exquisite, four course meal each night (half board, with separate food made for our toddler, thanks!) and breakfast buffet had a good choice for all. The hotel is very clean, with gorgeous surroundings, swings and play area for our toddler, and nice spa facilities for the family. We highly recommend! Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable! ”

“1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent. 2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! All we can do was to wait until all men gone then……
