“Lovely Villa & surroundings. Very nice apartment for 3 with a bathroom & 1/2. Very helpful, responsive staff. Good communications, especially for after hours check in. There was a AC unit on in upstairs which cooled off the downstairs eventually. The pull out sofa bed in our apt. could use fuller cushions to sit on and the pull out bed was not too comfortable for an adult male. Other than that our stay was one night and nice. “Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). ”
