“Inside was very clean and well organized. One suggestion: install an "adult" toilet. The current one is very small and low to the ground. Also, check for wasps nesting in the outdoor umbrella before guests arrive. Please!”

“This is a great property - the stairs were a lot for some of the older ones in our group, but we were only there for one night so we made it work. Nice little neighborhood, ballpark across the street as well as a bar and was initially worried about the potential noise but the neighborhood was very quiet. Would recommend, BUT be concious of the stairs if you have older members in your group as the main living area is on the 2nd floor.”

There were new TVs in the rooms with good viewing selections. The air conditioners in each room were newer worked well. But the kitchen sink was dirty and stained and there was no dish soap. Cookware was provided but the skillets were olds and nonstick services were scratched up and the plates and utensils were like the cheapest ones from the……

“We were in town for a wedding. This house was a fabulous stay for us! It was spacious, very clean and in a great location. Our host was fabulous, always quick to respond. When we arrived we were greeted by a personalized welcome sign, fresh made bread and a goody basket of snacks. There were 4 adults staying and it was great! We really enjoyed front porch sitting!!! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely make this our place to stay.”

“This house was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. We are a family of six, and there was plenty of room for all of us for sleeping, dining, and spending time together. (We were delighted to see there was a HUGE selection of board games and puzzles to enjoy!) “It was a very nice place to stay while visiting Chain O Lakes State Park. I stayed here with my father when we weren't hiking. The place is small, but efficient with its use of space. It was very clean, and the checkin/checkout processes were simple and easy.We were able to cook our own breakfast each morning, and relax on the couch and watch TV each evening.
