“The best rental experience we’ve ever had. This amazing houseboat is very beautiful with bountiful windows that give you spectacular views of the Harbour. Exceptionally clean with great amenities and very elegant sheets. The nighttime and morning views are special and make you not want to leave. “The property was absolutely beautiful and clean. The property was tuck away in a very relaxing and reserved spot. The place was so peace and calming . I do suggest one thing if you go in the winter months please bring extra blankets and warm Pjs due to the boat house does tend to get chilling even with the heat on the max.”

“unreal! In the heart of Fells Point section - great restaurants, bars and so easy to get to the convention center. I had cocktails on the top deck every night when I came back from my meetings. I saved $300 a night staying here with $12 in Uber every day - even took the water taxi just to add a bit of cool to the trip!”

“We had a group of adults attending a convention in Washington DC. The property was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that would help would be more chairs for the table. It was HOT and HUMID while we were there as well. I know there were only window air conditioners….so maybe some oscillating fans would have been beneficial as well. Dr. Koura did stop by and this woman was amazing. So kind….so understanding. Thank you Dr. Koura for allowing to stay at your house. It was an honor.”
