“This is a great house in a great neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty to eat and drink within walking distance. Easy walk to stadiums. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house! It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with one beautifully landscaped yard after another with large trees behind each one rustling in the wind. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the front porch to visit in the afternoon breeze. It was a surprising little oasis in the outskirts of Baltimore! We had 4 adults and 2 dogs for the weekend and had more than enough room in the house to eat & visit together comfortably but then be able to retire to our own……

“The house was clean. Metro station was a 3 minute walk. We never felt unsafe in or around the house. Freddie answered my questions within minutes of me messaging him. We will stay there if we return to DC.”

“The communication is top tier and the host was attentive to my questions from the start to the very end. The location was perfectly central to U street and the festival grounds with plenty of street parking. Conveniently located to stores and shops. The beds were comfortable and the balconies added a nice touch to the area as we would sit and enjoy the view and weather from the back porch. Safe and quiet area with friendly and welcoming neighbors ”

“The house was huge accommodated all our 12 members nicely. All newly renovated areas look good. The check in and checkout was easy and they even provided us an extended checkout time. Lot of space in common areas especially useful with kids, nicely renovated kitchen and comfortable beds. Close to dc and zoo.”

“This is a very tastefully updated townhouse in a super convenient location. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, the towels were great, and the kitchen was well equipped. We would stay here again.”

“Super cute property. Very nice backyard for dinner al fresco. Took me 25 minutes to walk to convention center in AM through historic lively neighborhoods. Loved it!”

“We had a group of adults attending a convention in Washington DC. The property was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that would help would be more chairs for the table. It was HOT and HUMID while we were there as well. I know there were only window air conditioners….so maybe some oscillating fans would have been beneficial as well. Dr. Koura did stop by and this woman was amazing. So kind….so understanding. Thank you Dr. Koura for allowing to stay at your house. It was an honor.”

“Due to the inaccurate statements of a safe neighborhood, amenities in working order and lack of communication back from the host, my family left the house staying 60 minutes total. I asked months ago about location and safety of the stairs. Communication from the host was not returned and in the end the bedrooms and single bathroom is upstairs. Stairs are slightly unkept. Not ideal for an older mother that has trouble with stairs. I would have cancelled reservation if communication was returned……
