“Room was modestly equipped. Weather was chilly but the building had turned off all central heating so we used a space heater. That was an indication of things to come. Very poor building maintenance. Door handles nearly falling off, cost savings everywhere. Climax was an emergency evacuation due to a building water leak. “Property close to all popular attractions, but not walking distance! We used uber to go most places as parking is very hard to find! Property itself was very nice! Only minor issues. Host was very accommodating when there was an issue. Never could get the tv to work in living room, but we were not there to watch tv anyway!”

“Great place to stay for our visit to DC. The house was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. It’s located a simple 15-20 min walk from the No-Ma Gallaudet metro station and also near Union station. Trader Joe’s was a 10-15 min walk away, which made picking up some groceries easy.Owners were helpful and quick to respond before our stay and during our stay.It was a great stay! ”
