“This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this cabin, 3rd time staying in the area, to go jeep riding with friends. The location is great and the property is beautiful. We have to eat at the Oark General Store at least once when we're there. You can take off in any direction, hit paved or gravel roads, and ride for hours. We love it and will definitely be back to stay in this cabin! ”

“The cabin was nice but the location is what made the trip perfect. If you want to be secluded and by the water, this is the place for you. We were able to float from Big Eddy put in spot on the Mulberry river directly to our cabin. This particular spot on the Mulberry is really beautiful. If you aren't wanting to float it's still a great place to enjoy the water and hang out. The cabin had everything that we needed for our weekend. It could have been a little cleaner but nothing was a deal……

“Walk into a clean, beautiful kitchen with an open floor plan to the living room with AMAZING views of Lake Fort Smith. I loved that the master bedroom was on the complete opposite side of the house. Laundry area was the perfect size! Spent a lot of relaxing time on the porch with our coffee, taking in the EXCEPTIONAL views. Peaceful and inviting. We cooked our food on the gas powered griddle just outside. Given the weather was hot, my husband woke up around 530 am to take a short dip in the hot……

“Like a step back in time the house was decorated warm and cozy you just wanted to pick up a book and curl up by the fire place and read all day. The kids loved it they loved hiking the mile trail and the cookies in the tin Kathy left for us and the candy in the jar. It was very peaceful in the woods The big deck was great to sit on in the morning and have coffee. Great place for the family to all unwind and catch up with each other again”
