“Not really suitable for eating a meal. Table was very narrow and small and the stools weren’t functional for comfort. No backs. Probably ok for someone much younger and smaller. There was no can opener, only two forks, no knives or spoons. I would not recommend this unit to persons over the age of 50. The only bathroom is upstairs and the stairs are steep.”

“The apartment had everything we were looking for. It is in an excellent location in Charleston. The block is quiet and a pleasant walk to either downtown or to the Capital. The apartment was also very clean and comfortable. Also, as my husband and I needed to do some work while we were here, including some telephone calls, it is designed in a way that we could both be on the phone without disturbing the other. The only thing I would mention is that the apartment is above a garage. While this……

“The apartment was nice. But the kitchen needed more supplies. No baking sheets for our pizza. No mittens or towels or wash clothes for the kitchen. The towels were new and still had the plastic pieces that held the tags. The mattress needs replacing. Not a single picture on the walls. Needs to few more cozy.”

“Great little place to chill. Owner was very helpful and informative. Figuring out where and how to park was the only issue.”

“Cute condo on the river. If you’re adventurous you can pick your way down to the bank. The condo was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet. The New Spot has the best bologna sandwich and the coldest beer.”

“The outside light was burned out, the bedroom was especially dirty. The fan was covered with so much dust you could not use it. The smoke detectors battery compartments were open with batteries in them so they were not working. The bathroom attached to bedroom had no hot water, tepid at best. The bathroom sink needed 3 lightbulbs there was one. No trash can liners or toilet tissue ( I found a third of a roll). This property is old but it seems to me it should be maintained better. Fresh……
