“This was the BEST little place. First impression when we walking in the door, IT SMELLED AMAZING. There was a little candle warmer going, and lamps on, so the lighting was so cozy. We put our stuff down and took showers then a nap after a long drive. The towels and bed sheets smelled amazing! I am a big smell person, and this whole place smelled so clean, and WAS so clean. “We had a nice stay, it was a place for us to lay our head each night. We spent our days at the New River Gorge National Park. The check-in was a little awkward and we didn't know where to go to get to the apartment. We had to walk around to the back of the garage, through the yard, and into a door. From there we had to enter another door to get to the stairs to get to the apartment. It would be helpful to have a paved path and some signage as we did not receive any directions.”

“We were looking for a National Park to explore within driving distance and decided on New River Gorge. The property was ideally situated for us to be able to explore the park and also Babcock State Park. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing “home base”. We will probably be back since we had a rainy day and weren’t able to get as much hiking in as we had planned. But, we were able to drive around and see more of the area due to the rain than we would’ve hiking.”
