“The cabin was a little hard to find but is exactly as pictured in the listing. It would be helpful to have written instructions about how to take care of full garbage bags and the checkout process. My two critiques are that the lighting throughout the cabin is very dim and awkwardly placed and the bath towels smell strongly of cigarette smoke, especially the additional set that was delivered by the housekeeper. ”

“This was a fine property but important touches of hospitality and communication were missing. To not have a single trashcan liner in the kitchen or a single dish towel was awkward and could be so easy for you to provide. Instructions for the hot tub would have allowed us to use it on our first day. The promise of fresh towels was nice but they were not available. I would have liked to have known laundry was in a different property before booking. ”

“We went to West Virginia mostly for white water rafting. This house was only 10 minutes away from Ace adventures. Loved the small yown. We enjoyed the house. The kids loved the game room and hot rub of course. I will say for future families, the doors do not lock. Not the bedroom or the bathroom, so bring a wedge if u and ur signifigant other want some privacy”

“We had a little weekend getaway planned, and Brandon was the perfect host! It was a bit rainy and muddy when we came but Brandon was more than accommodating to make sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend and stay again ”

“The house is nice and large. It is in a cool little part of town near a coffee shop and convenient to the new river. The internet was out for the first 24 hours and this led to our door code not working, which took us about an hour to get in. The property manager was very communicative, but unable to provide much real help, it sounded like they used some sort of remote service. The kitchen didn't have much in the way of cooking utensils/pots, and the grill was about 2 years past its replacement……
