“We stayed here for a few days to explore the New River Gorge. Having never been to the area before, I realized later that there are places that we almost booked that would've been very far from the places we wanted to see. This location was just right - close to Oak Hill and Fayetteville for shops/dining, and 10 minutes or so to the New River Gorge Bridge. “Simple place to stay. We spent most of our time outside exploring, so this is a great affordable place for us to come back to at night. It is a smallish space, so make sure you are close with everyone who is going.Bobby was wonderful as well. ”

“Great place to disconnect from stresses of everyday life and enjoy a relaxing lifesyle. Creeks to splash in, river to float, mud puddles to splash in and dirt roads to adventure down. Everyone was so welcoming from liz, bars/restaurants, to the locals. The road up started the adventure and set the tone for getting away from it all. Id call it a primitive setting, no bells, no whistles, but just what we needed. If i did need a bell or whistle, liz would have procided it quickly. Cant say enough……

“We had a family of 11 ranging in age from late 60s to an 8 month old infant - three families in total. It was a fantastic place for our family to spend time together. Plenty of room to explore, beautiful neighborhood, great location near both the attractions and amenities like restaurants and grocery stores. The owner was incredibly responsive and communicative.
