“This little hotel may not have many amenities but it is clean and safe and best of all it is walking distance to so many things including the charming Hyannis downtown and the harbor, Kalmus beach, JFK museum, Ferry to Nantucket and so many amazing downtown restaurants. 2 bus lines come from the airport to the other side of downtown - you can bring your suitcase a safe15 minute walk from the bus terminal to this hotel. “Love this location. Front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Pool area and grounds are kept up very well. Parking is great. Bathrooms clean. The down side; the room needs updating. Tables very worn, sitting furniture very worn and uncomfortable/saggy, bed fairly uncomfortable and nonsupportive, the rug in bedroom fairly stained and smelled like urine. The room had a terrible chemical smell when we arrived. Took 2 days of airing to stop sneezing and still did not smell healthy for 8 days (……

“We enjoyed our stay but wasnt thrilled with the indoor pool. It smelled And was clean but run done old. Out side pool looked better but to cold. We wanted to used the Jacuzzi but wasn't comfortable about it Also didnt care for the breakfast eggs were horrible and the sausage was greasy. I cant eat the other stuff.no other protien options. Cant eat waffles but man did they smell great. But dam the shower pressure and hot water was great and the bed was comfortable ”
