“We love visiting this hotel in the fall - very nice and clean. ”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“Spacious room, nice property, close to downtown for shopping and dining. Didn’t use the pool but liked the size of the spas. Also nice that there were firepits to sit around.”

“Such a wonderful stay in an historic hotel. Everyone working there was warm and inviting. Breakfast was great! The views of the Platt River were fantastic and it was a real treat to have the opportunity to explore historic Fairplay. Would 100% return! ”
