“This was our second time staying here, and we know it won’t be our last! The home is absolutely perfect for our needs. We love cooking here - the kitchen is well-stocked and spacious. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the whole space is quiet and cozy. It was only a 5-minute drive to our wedding at Holiday Valley, which made everything so convenient. The house feels welcoming, well cared for, and truly like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!”

“Overall experience was great! Plenty of space to spread out and still close to all the action in Ellicottville. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and silverware for a large group. All queen size were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bunk room beds were a bit lumpy though. Bathrooms were all working and the linens were plentiful. Owners were great! Communication was quick and their check in process was easy. Checkout was just as easy with only a few simple steps……

The location made us feel like we were staying in the woods yet we were conveniently located to Ellicottville, Holiday Valley, and Allegany State Park, all of which we spent time at. Some nice amenties at the house, like wood for fires too and appreciated the marshmallow sticks! Wonderful family time together!”

“We reserved this property for a Celebration of Life event for our father's passing. We couldn't have been happier with the property! There were 14 of us at one point, and everyone had a place to sleep, even showers worked out despite many people wanting them in close succession. The kitchen is great, found everything we needed. I am so glad there is no TV in the upper living room, instead everyone played games and talked while playing music on the speaker in the kitchen. I don't think anyone……

“We enjoyed our thanksgiving stay very much! We arrived in groups of two over the course of 6 hours driving in from Connecticut, Pennsylvania and flying in from Oklahoma. The quaint house was the perfect fit for my crazy family. It made use of every nook and cranny for beds and bathrooms. Because we were having Thanksgiving there we were very grateful to have two refrigerators to store the huge amounts of food that we brought. Luckily because everything was pre-cooked we only needed the one oven……
