“Beautiful style home with inviting common spaces, great shared bathroom amenities, comfortable mattress in River Room ( though sagged a bit), and wonderful location on quiet street just off the River Path. ”
“The stay was a pleasant surprise. The motel is in remarkable condition, maintained well, and is very comfortable. I was surprised how quiet it was!!! The staff was very helpful and polite. Only negative is the breakfast but it is as described and ok due to the savings seen on the invoice!”

“The room was clean, and renovated. It wasn't as close to Hults Center as listed. We had thought we'd walk to our event, but decided it was farther than we wanted to venture. The only odd thing, was that check in was outside the lobby instead of inside. The clerk as very nice though.”
“Very clean hotel, convenient as it’s downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didn’t have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and can’t believe how congested and built up……
