“Great stay. Helpful staff. ”

“Check in was quick and easy. The desk clerk was very nice. There were some stains on the top cover of the bed, but the sheets are clean. The vending area was a hassle. One machine only took $1 bills and the other only took quarters. The canned soda was not cold. ”

“We had a fire drill thanks to a guest smoking in their room past midnight. The hotel is equipped with state of the art fire protection including the hearing impaired. The Wooster FD arrived quickly and a city firefighter disabled the alarm upon inspection. I am disabled and was totally comfortable with my safety during and after the alarm. This security was in addition to the communication with the hotel and the services provided by staff members. My two night weekend stay included daily room……

“Hotel was about what you might expect at this price range, building was a bit run down. We only stayed one night and it was fine. Owner (at least I believe he was the owner) was very nice and accommodating. Hotels.com stated that breakfast ended at 9:30 but it ends at 9. He let me into the breakfast room to grab coffee and cereal. After we checked out, we thought we had left a bag in the room. I called about it and left a message; a few hours later he called back to say they didn’t find it. We……
