“The home was perfect for our family. We were in town for my father’s celebration of life and wanted to stay together as a family and this 5 bedroom cozy home was perfect. They thought of everything and made it comfortable with all the supplies and different seating and relaxing areas. And an excellent location , a short walk to Medina Square. .”

“The house is very welcoming. If you are looking for wheelchair accessability, ask a lot of question based on your needs. There is a one to two inch lip to get into the home. The doorways are narrow. Very careful maneuvering was needed to get into the bathroom. There's a four or five inch step up and over to get into the shower. . No grab bars at the toilet. Had to struggle to wash hands. hands.into the shinshower. ”

“Check in was a breeze and everything was clean and tidy. Alan was easy to get a hold of and made sure We had everything we needed. Perfect little apartment for a Couple or a small Family on a budget. The location was perfect for where We were heading like Amish Country and Downtown Wooster is close by with plenty of restaurants and downtown shopping. Very close to the University for People visiting. I noticed a couple of People were concerned with the noise of traffic but it didn't bother us.……

“The property needs some additional internal updates (kitchen electrical outlets & new carpeting/flooring) and a better cleaning company.”

“I was there for a bowling tournament and this house was perfect for me and my teammates. It so much more affordable compared to the local hotels. We would loved the stay. Couches and beds were very comfortable. ”

“I had to beg my friends to stop looking around and actually help decorate for our party! Only bad thing was winter so we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful backyard but this place is HUGE. Plenty of space, clean, heated and cozy, lots of table and countertop space. Only cautions are there are no tvs (which is nice but just a heads up!) and not a ton of parking space. Our host did text & let me know about parking ahead of time which was nice. Host left us cookies and a cute sign welcoming us! Amazing……

“Very nice place looked newly remodeled!Wasn’t very clean tho and we had no hot water the entire stay! ”
