“The front desk agent was very kind. He had a welcome bag with chips and water at check in. The room was clean. The bathroom was a bit run down with rust spots on the floor and in the tub. There was a hair in the tub which happens but makes you feel it wasn’t cleaned. The area is on the industrial side of town but we did find a shopping plaza with a pub type restaurant (36 Town Pub and Grill) that was good! We only needed to stay one night, so it was fine! Free breakfast in the morning. We had to……

“This is a beautiful hotel but we stayed here for the indoor pool and we could not use it because it was so cold! Not chilly, very cold. Only children were swimming and they were visibly shivering. We even asked the front desk about the pool temperature and they said the heater was on, but they "had a lot of kids in the pool last week". Perhaps they had to drain the pool and refill? Not sure, but the pool remained cold hours later when we checked on it and while not a huge deal, I am noting……
