“Clean. Its a top priortity of mine when booking a hotel. Indoor pool, heated and the pool room was heated, and clean fresh towels, changing rooms in that area, nice addition. Complimentary coffee, was great. Check in very easy. Shampoo, conditoner body wash hand soap all available for use, and they are large sizes connected to shower wall and bathroom. I would absolutely stay there agajn. Air conditioner and internet worked great, air conditioenr does turn off when it reached temp.and will.kick……

“应该算Avon星级最高的酒店了，地点和外部环境不错，不过对游客来说住宿体验一般。首先，酒店的所谓欧陆早餐太简陋，基本上是汽车旅馆级别的，有钱的话还是去旁边的餐厅吃吧，酒店的附属餐厅还不错。其次，房间和设施比较老旧，床单居然有破损痕迹。最离谱的是我在网上全款预定，到酒店后还要收每天十几美金的所谓服务费，让人难以理解，总之，今后应该不会再选择这家酒店了，之前不适合旅行的人。”

“At first I thought “ what did I get myself into” because the hotel is old . But then quickly realized that it’s old but high quality hotel . Awesome staff members such as Sarah , Glen and maintenance guy Joseph . The property and its surroundings are AMAZING ! And a pleasure to explore the wilderness / suburbs settings along with the creativity of the town of Simsbury . Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby immediately. They have a park/ frog pond in back of 1820 Hotel along with walking……
