“Our family of 4 stayed here the weekend of 4/25/25 for Monster Jam. We would most certainly stay here again. The unit was clean and well-appointed and looked just like the photos. The rooftop area was also as pictured and provided beautiful views of the skyline. The Cozy Team provided excellent communication in a timely manner. Fishtown is lovely and extremely walkable. We felt safe walking around at night with our 5 and 11 year olds. There are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback was……

“The only complaints I have is that my shower head was broken and it was a little noisy. They did however provide earplugs which was beet helpful.”

“Such a cute place to stay with an excellent location in Old City. Everything was within walking distance, the building was immaculately clean, and the unit itself was adorable. the only downside would be parking, but we didnt need to park so no complaints there.”

“Upon entering the apartment my wife asked, “How did you get this place?” The purpose of our trip was to spend time with our son, stationed by the US Navy in Italy. He was attending a meeting of Navy dentists in Philly. This apartment was directly across from Independence Mall, where the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were signed! The liberty bell was also on the opposite corner. One bedroom with the bathroom on the same level. Sidewalk restaurant on the next street. We will……

“The property was clean and spacious. We liked the large TV and that it was very close to the MFL train station, so we could get around easily. There was water damage on the bedroom ceiling that was an eyesore. Also, it would have been nice to have a microwave in the kitchen. Overall, though, we did enjoy our stay at Urban Chic Apartments.”

“The unit looks fine and austere, but a very weird odor persisted in the apartment and getting stronger in the corridor and the elevator. Really annoying and nauseous for someone having higher nasal sensitivity. Also the traffic noises, especially from motorbikes, were so loud that they constantly interrupted sleep deep into the night... Feeling the quality of rest generally low ”

“The room was excellent and had all the amenities you need to feel like you’re home. The property is walking distance from all public transportation. The building itself is beautiful. It’s hard not to stare at it. Loved that there was an Aldi walking distance to have by a few groceries during my stay. ”

“Cozy and well-appointed, larger than it looks in pictures with decent sized shower. The location is great with good access to some of the best parts of Philly. The bed is comfortable and the host is highly responsive and kind in communicating. Fits 2 people quite comfortably. ”

“This property was clean and well appointed and worked well for four adults. All the basics and more available. Can park two vehicles in back if need be and they both aren't huge SUVs. Very attentive manager. ”
