“We stayed in a "Club level Access" room. The room smelled stall and it was slightly dirty. They really didn't clean the bathroom well and there was hair on the floor in the bedroom area. I would strongly encourage everyone to just stay in a regular room bc the "Club Level" is not worth paying for. The breakfast was just ok. “I was arraged in No.150 room which is next to a fountain in the garden. It was very beautiful in the early morning when the sun shined through the garden. Besides, the room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was close to the room and was very convenient to unload stuffs. I will defientely stay here again if I visit Tucson in the future. ”

“The King Suite was beautiful and had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed and a full kitchenette with a normal-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. My wife and I loved our stay. The property is located at the back of Williams Center, away from traffic and other noise so it's very romantic. That being said, many restaurants and shops are close-by, within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel. Two thumbs up! ”

“This was unfortunately a mixed bag, the property was beautiful, the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. For some reason they ran out of guest towels for the pools and didnt restock them for about an hour and a half, our room bathroom had a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom sink drains whenever we used the sinks, and the property was undergoing walkway renovations during our stay which made getting to and from the parking lots and other areas on property a bit of a pain.……
