“The room is old and worn-out. Not clean at all. There are stains on the bed sheet. The bathroom door is very difficult to close and cannot be locked.
The room door is not soundproof, so it's very noisy outside the room in the morning.”
“ When I want to check in the front desk just throw me a sentence : i’m sorry our hotel rooms are fully booked I don’t know why the system still excepted your orders .
Aftern this sentence the front desk people just left .
It pissed me off and made me have to rush back to my living place in San Francisco .
各位網民們大家好 這家飯店到有問題我老早在一兩天前就已經訂好這家飯店也收到確認信可是當我是到這家飯店準備要住宿的時候飯店人員卻只丟給我一段話：我不知道為什麼系統還接受你的訂單因為我們的房間都已經滿了
說完這句話真的人員直接離開現場
害我還要連夜趕回我原本住的地方。爛死了”
“This place is absolutely beautiful. Softest towels ever in a hotel stay. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen is cute very clean Love the Kerrig and they offered Decaf coffee Extra blankets and pillows. I recommend this hotel. I feel I got the 5 star room. I scored.
Very happy customer. ”
“I give the hotel 5 stars but there is one thing I don't like is the smell. I have to keep the door open for a while to let the smell comes out. Other than that, everything is excellent.”
