“The hosts - Karen & Malcolm were so hospitable & helpful. The Laindons Guest House is situated in an excellent location in Old Town, Hastings. The Red room was very comfortable, top quality bed linen and the facilities throughout the property are sublime with every attention to detail made. The selection & quality of the produce at breakfast was outstanding - locally sourced & we would thoroughly recommend the home mage Granola with berry compote - exceptional. “We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 teen girls joining over the weekend. Everything was really good: the hospitality, the room and bedding, breakfast, local restaurant guide and even the flush at the toilet. Parking was an issue after 8pm as usually all the closest parking lots would be full.”

“I had a lovely spacious room and great en-suite shower room. It had everything you could want, fluffy towels and nice toiletries. A fridge with chilled water and fresh milk. Also a comfortable guest lounge with extra refreshments available. The staff were very friendly helpful and efficient. ”

Home made bread and delicous home made jam/marmalade. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. Very close to seaside but parking could be an issue in popular months. ”
