Plenty of room for my husband and I and three boys to spread out, wonderful well-equipped kitchen for any cooking needs we had. For us it was a great location to see family in Waterville and August area. Would highly recommend!”

“Overlook Farm is fantastic! Our family has been coming to midcoast Maine for summer vacation for generations and we were looking for a "home base" for our stay this year (the remote family "camp" is in Damariscotta, but we need modern amenities, too!).
