“We had a wonderful stay at the lakeside cabin with picturesque views of the lake and colorful mountains in the back drop. We enjoyed evenings on the deck lakeside sipping wine and watching the waterfowl. The cabin itself is cozy and tastefully decorated, with very comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this gem of a get away!”

“We ended up not staying. The description says it is a cabin, it is an old manufactured home (mobile home). When we pulled in there was items scattered around the yard, the grass hadn’t been mowed. When we got to the first step the wood need to be replaced. There were holes in the soffit. Once inside the couches looked old and dingy. The inside needed to be spruced up. I contacted the property owner and told her our concerns. Her response was “Things and furnitures are as in the pictures posted……

“The cabin is absolutely gorgeous, very clean, and oh so comfortable! It is very spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The property and surrounding area is so beautiful - the fall colors were just stunning! The location is perfect - only 3 miles from stores, gas stations, etc., but far enough away to feel secluded and enjoy the peace & nature. The owner is very sweet, and communication was a breeze. Our family of 6 had the most wonderful time here. We enjoyed the fire pit,……

It is extremely clean and welcoming. Everything that is there was felt like it was carefully chosen. We had fire at night. Watched movies wrote bed and enjoyed every minute of our stay there. “We were in the area for a family wedding and this rental worked perfectly. It really was a home away from home, full kitchen, laundry area. The 2nd floor had a seperate living area, full bath and sleeping area for my son’s family with 2 small children. Had I stayed longer I may have enjoyed the outdoor hot tub.”
