The host was very kind, attended to the issue to repair the washing machine.Suggestions--Remind the upstairs renters that other guests are in the apt below--it is very noisy and it seemed like both sets of upstairs guests used the washer/dryer all of the time at all hours. The washer/dryer is right next to the bedroom/bathroom of the downstairs apt and all conversations, etc can be heard.
