“The Federal House was clean and had everything so you didnt have to worry about bringing linens, kitchenware, coffeemaker, hairdryer etc. Driving to downtown Cooperstown was a breeze, along with shops and places to eat right outside our door. ”

“Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”

“Booked this 10/10 hidden gem originally for 2 nights. When we arrived, I knew I should have booked it longer. I contacted host who responded immediately, and she accommodated my request no problem. Called up Evolve who made the extension process quick and easy. The studio cabin is exactly as pictured and is the perfect size for a couple. “This was perfect location for our stay in Cooperstown (12 minutes from Dreams Park) and a block walk to MLB HOF and a block walk to the lake with a quaint nearby park. Restaurants, coffee shop and souvenir shopping are plentiful within walking distance. This unit was clean, and stocked with kitchen utensils/cookware/dishes,etc, drip coffee pot as well as keurig. Jack and Jill bathroom with toiletries and towels provided. Bernie, the host, was very attentive, responsive, accessible and helpful!……
