“The property is indeed a cozy cabin on a lake. Lovely setting-- wish we had more time to take the kayaks out on Lake Bailey. The cabin was about halfway between Eagle Harbor and Copper Harbor, so it was easy and quick to get to either place for meals or the outfitters for kayaking on Lake Superior-- and that was a superior experience! The house itself was very clean and very comfortable-- plenty of space, kitchen well-equipped (though we were all glad to have a vacation from cooking. Only one……

“Thank you so much for letting us stay at your wonderful place right on lake superior. The furniture and design was top notch. When we arrived it was quite late so we were hungry and tried. To our surprise in the freezer was a wonderful frozen pizza. I don't know where it came from but thank you!We were informed after we left we had left a valuable phone/watch charger stand. Sherry thank you for mailing that to us. The host not only greeted us when we arrived but also mailed our belongings.……

“Everything we wanted! Huge yard, spacious tiddy cottage, surrounded by nature and quiet! Great central location for exploring all the Keweenaw has to offer. We appreciate Riverside Cottage more and more, everytime we visit. (I love that you can hear the river right through your open windows at night.) Make time to walk down to the river and explore a bit. It is goregous! Reasonable rates and great host.”

“Unique rustic property with a big beautiful yard in the midst of a waterfall that lays to the south side of the property. Lots of charm inside and out with a great front covered porch to sit on and a relaxing back porch too. We really enjoyed that. “The cottage was in a great location being within a few blocks of Lake Superior and close enough to drive to Copper Harbor to Brockway Mountain Drive and Estivant Pines Nature Sanctuary. It is also close to falls a few blocks down 4th Street and the Jam Pot and Jacob Falls were just a few miles down the road.It was very comfortable and had all the amenities that you would need. It had the perfect number of beds for our group as well. It was a quiet and relaxing location and we were able to enjoy……
