“My second time staying in a VRBO. The Modern Urban Stay Dtwn Apt was exactly as advertised and more. The parking lot is shared with Cindy's Diner. I stopped for breakfast two of the mornings. It was great.I had to be a the Vision's Veterans Memorial Arena each day for 4 days. The walk was about 4 city blocks and directly down the street. I had the chance to stop in the coffee shop on the same block and grab a coffee for the 10-12 minutes walk. Walking back at night there are bars and……

“The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. The place could utilize some updates but it’s worth the price to stay if you were by yourself. The landlord……
