“Overall this is a nice and well maintained property. It is directly on the bike trail with easy access through locked gates. (Keys to gates provided with the condo.) This gives you easy access to long walks as well as a quick path to local stores and restaurants. The mattresses are quite firm, so may keep that in mind depending upon sleep preferences. Only other minor concern is that pulling out onto East River Road can be challenging as it is a very busy street. The condo is located……

“The location in the Catalina Foothills worked out perfectly for us. It was a "home away from home". We loved the decor, location, and security. There were nearby restaraunts, groceries and pharmacies. We were very pleased and definitely recommend.”

“Overall I am very happy with my stay. The house is overall very clean. Some feed back- The carpet in the bedroom/closet really needs a steam cleaning. It’s very dirty and a lot of spills and stains. Also noticed the AC filter is full of dust and needs changing as well. Water filter and air filter in refrigerator both have red lights saying they need replacement. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets need a deep cleaning. Grease on cabinets above stove, toothpaste drippings on bathroom cabinet doors.……

“Location of the condo was good. The kitchen looked to have been upgraded fairly recently. Good to have a washer/dryer on site. The furniture in the living room is old and worn. Totally uncomfortable and hard to get out of a chair and the couch. ”
