“This was my 2nd stay here, also rented in May '23. House is just as described, copper plated on the outside, mid century modern and minimalist on the inside. Comfortable bed, and very comfortable couch where I took several naps. Beautiful, tree covered yard with an outdoor patio set where I ate several meals. This area is lit up with low-voltage outdoor lighting in the evenings, so you can enjoy it after dark. 5 minute walk to the #1 bus, which will get you downtown in approximately 20 to 25……

“Thank you for the wonderful stay! We were only there for the one night, but the ceilings were gorgeous, the bed was extremely comfortable and helped relax my back for the first time in 8 years, the bathroom is adorable and Patrick, you are a wonderful host. Patrick was able to offer us the accommodations we needed to have a comfortable stay and we cannot recommend him and this property enough. For a small space, it is VERY roomy, and the patio area is nice to relax in.”
