Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht gut Englisch, ist sehr freundlich und hat in verschiedenen Situationen weiterhelfen können. Für An- und Abreisetage steht ein Gepäckraum kostenfrei zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Für extra Sicherheit verfügt dieser zusätzlich auch über Schließfächer darin (kann jedoch auch ohne diese genutzt werden). Das Hotel verfügt über einen einzigen……

“I had an absolute fabulous time, and the young man on night shift call Henry who could speak English was so helpful as I flew into Madrid and and had to get two trains and Taxis to get to my hotel and I was so worried about getting back to Madrid I ask the receptios Henry who could speak very good English who told me I had to go to camp Taragona to get the fast train to Madrid he was very helpful pointing me in the right direction thank you very much and I will be coming back to the hotel very……

“Muy agradable la estancia en este hotel. Impresionante el trato de todo el equipo de animación, Pepito, Julio, todos los chic@s que se dedican a amenizar la estancia son de 10, trato cercano, amable, sin duda lo mejor. Las habitaciones muy bonitas, la última vez que estuvimos no estaba reformado y ha dado un cambio enorme.”

“ Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, le personnel est très sympathique. L’emplacement est vraiment bien (proche de la mer, et alentours très calme.) La piscine est agréable, par contre le bar extérieur est fermé, c’est dommage mais il y a le bar intérieur. Les prix sont raisonnables. La barmaid est très sympa, elle nous a fait un cocktail qui n’était pas à la carte. L’intérieur de l’hôtel est un peu vieillot, mais pas de surprise les photos sur les sites de réservations sont à……
