“Overall a very good hotel with great staff! We travelled as part of a family trip. There were 10 of us in total. The youngest being 15 months old, the hotel met our pre arrival requests. Meal times the staff were fantastic in making sure as a group we were comfortable. Lara and Mariana in particular were fantastic! One evening after a day out at Portaventura and Ferrari Land. Part of the group got back late due to issues with taxi’s and accessing a baby seat. The ladies went above and beyond to……

“The hotel is very old and in a very bad condition. Everything, including the sheets and towels, in the room was dirty. The bathroom was not comfortable. The room cleaning service never did the job perfectly (each day they forgot something, sometimes forgot to put towels, sometimes forgot to put sheets on the bed or cover the pillow). There are !only! two power outlets in the room, one of them was in the toilet. The breakfast assortment was very poor. My family members are vegan(for health……
