“The property is in a really good area close to Portaventura and the beach. The apartments are a bit outdated but nothing much the staff are really nice and friendly. A big thing I was disappointed in was finding out we couldn’t check in till 17:00 when are flight landed at 13:15. But overall I would definitely stay here again.”

“Very nice property with 10 minutes access to shopping area, restaurants and beach. The buffet was lavish with amazing pools on offer. Spa is paid if required and have live entertainment in the evening. Staff were very kind especially Kim from reception and ne gentleman who manages buffet restaurant. Hotel needs to work on sound proofing rooms better.”

“Apartment was as advertised - modern and clean however the staff were so rude and intimidating. Anything you asked of them seemed to be a huge inconvenience and they would snigger and laugh as you between themselves. It really ruined my experience in the hotel. The hotel itself was nice with good pool and facilities but honestly the staff were so rude I would not recommend to anyone to stay there. ”
