“This is our 2nd year at this property, and have booked again for next year. Love the condo & area.Some supplies are now needing replacement, such as pillows, toaster oven, & frying pans. Also, a bbq on the property would go along way. Abel was again so helpful with any requests we had, and was kind enough to take us out & show us around the surrounding areas on a couple of occasions during our 4 week stay.Until next time ... ”

“spent 2 weeks and always felt mgr was available promptly so things went smoothly. kitchen was adequetely furnished. ”

“I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Quaint little cottage with a beautiful view. Lovely outdoor seating area to sit and have your coffee and read while looking out at the Lagoon. The family that keeps the grounds is very nice and helpful. The only possible issue, is that there’s no real market. So, if you come, you may want to bring in some groceries. However, there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores for water, drinks and chips, etc.”

“Property great, host very responsive to all questions, liked location, a little loud with traffic and building next door but overall excellent stay and will stay again.”

“Located in the busy area of Barra de Navidad. Shops and restaurants literally around the corner. Lots of local food vendors and small grocery stores. It can be noisy at night but I found that when I went into bedroom the noise decreased significantly and I was not bothered at all, slept well. Bed very comfortable and minisplit air conditioning in bedroom. Unit is small enough that just bedroom ac is enough to keep place comfortable. Ceiling fans added to comfort. Kitchen was adequate with……

“Location of the home was within short walking distance to several good restaurants and not far from the centre of Barra, its beach and malecon. Home was secure, clean, beds were comfortable and small pool very welcome on warmer days. Some minor street noise at times was only a minor annoyance. Would stay again.”
