“員工親戚有禮，熱情，非常好的體驗！ 由於早上8點已到達，雖不能提早入住，但可以寄存行李，回來時已細心的把我行李放進房間內。 附近很多酒店都需要上幾級樓梯才到酒店前台，這間不用，很方便。 每次過來出差都是選這間酒店！”

“Good location around museum area. Poor sound proof and hotel management. Not worth for USD$300+ per night. Not expect 4~5 stars hotel but definitely not hostel quality. Understand its an old building, the soundproof between each floor might not be perfect. But actually, the sound is mostly come from the room between you. The thin compartment plywood cannot help, you can clearly hear people whisper and snoring next to your room. The night shift manager does not do their job well. People……

“Everything was perfect until I had the worst ever check out experience. I got back to the hotel at precisely 11:44am to check out. A cleaning lady caught me at the door and told me the check out time was 11am and they were looking for me. I had absolutely no idea. I apologize for times and immediately rushed back to take all my luggages out. The lady was nice & friendly, she told me I could have 5mins to get everything done. And then I waited for the reception staff for check out, who printed……

“Jasper is a great host - he is thoughtful and attentive. They clean the rooms and change towels every day - personally, I appreciated the big bath towels! The area is a quiet residential area AND really close to the metro and trams, making everything accessible. It is really close to Zuid station, which is a straight shot from Schiphol airport. I would recommend this little gem to anyone. ”
